Katy is a recent graduate of the Creative Writing MA at UEA, Norwich, and lives in London, where she co-runs a short story reading night for writers and actors called Liars’ League (www.liarsleague.com). Her full-length plays Invisible Friends, Killing the Captain and Gaiety Girls have all won prizes, and her one-act plays are published by Samuel French. Other produced work includes Operation New Life (Hen and Chickens), Open Secrets (Tristan Bates) and Half Life (Cockpit). With Dave Key-Pugh, she is the author of one previous full-length musical based on The A-Team, and is currently writing a new one about the Marquis de Sade. Beverly Baxter has very recently returned to the stage, having performed in various musical shows in the 70s including Hair and The Rocky Horror Show. This year Beverly has appeared in a short film, flown to Tel Aviv for a commercial and filmed a comedy sketch for Sky Sports! She is absolutely thrilled to be back in showbiz and to be a part of All I want for Christmas.

Ben trained at Middlesex University, completing a performing arts degree, then at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic art. At the age of 11 in Cardiff he played the Duke of York in Richard III with the English Shakespeare Company and this sparked in him the passion for acting. His musical credits include Ko Ko in the Hot Mikado, Michael in the world premiere of Paradise Lost at the Redgrave theatre in Bristol and Young Buddy in Follies. He is also a professional model maker, his most recent projects being two series for ITV presented by Adam Hart Davis.

John trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.  On Graduating he was awarded the Prestigious Jehlinger Award for Excellence in Acting. Directing Credits:  West Side Story (Millfield Theatre)  No Exit, Flu Season (Gene Frankel, NY). Currently directing the british premiere of Big - the musical based on the 1980's Tom Hanks movie at The Arts Depot. John was on this years Judging panel for the MTM:UK Edinburgh Fringe Musical Theatre Awards.

Luke Bateman studied 20th Century Music at the University of Sussex and singing at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and now enjoys a varied career as an actor, singer, musician and composer. His compositions include the score for the award winning short film Self Help by Tes Noah Asfaw, which featured in the London, New York and Palm Springs film festivals among others. Luke also orchestrated two songs for Sarah Brightman's album Classics. Luke and Katy Darby have been writing amusing songs for their cabaret act Beauty and the Bitch (www.beautyandbitch.co.uk) for the last year. However, this is his first attempt at writing a musical and he very much hopes you enjoy it.

This is Robert’s second visit to Highgate this year, he having performed at the Pond Chapel in A Man For All Seasons in the spring. He started musical performance with G & S; has grown through the likes of Oklahoma; Carmen and The Threepenny Opera ­ and now this! It’s a privilege.
